Social Media Icons for concrete5

This add-on lets you add social media icons on your pages. This could be

  • either "visit my/our page at..." icons
  • or "share this page at..." icons

Another feature is an EU-GDPR compliant two-clicks solution. The socical media icons in the page footer are originated by this add-on.

Localization is available for en_US and de_DE, feel free to add more.
